Poor Posture = Back Pain
Back pain, a common phenomenon that most people know the same, but many do not know the cause of this problem. Muscle strain is the leading cause for more pain in the back, and it can occur suddenly and can lead to another problem that a person has been suffering for so long. Pain in the back usually is not a serious problem and can disappear quickly. But, there are cases that pain is observed for a long time, and that best rest is the best cure for the pain. Massage is another method to reduce pain.
Severity and incidence of pain is reduced in order to know exact cause of the pain, to eliminate, or modify factors and/or situations that cause pain and find the best remedy. Poor posture with heavy and irregular activities such as bending, lifting, and twisting can result in pains in the back.
